It will be shipped by Yamato Transport's Delivery Service or Cat Pos.
* The delivery method varies depending on the order content. Please note that you cannot choose the delivery method.
If you have stock, it will be shipped from the next day to 3 business days after your order.
* If you accounting the reservation product and the normal stock product at the same time, it will be shipped bundled on the delivery date of the reserved product.
* We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
* We do not ship overseas.

As a general rule, we will not be able to respond to returned and exchanged for customer's convenience. Returns and exchanges due to initial failure are accepted within 7 days after the product arrives. The shipping cost for replacing defective products will be borne by the Company.
After shipping from our shop, if the customer is returned to our shop without receiving the product, we will cancel the refund. Please note in advance. (In the case of a convenience store payment, a refund will be made by bank transfer, and the convenience store payment fee will not be refunded.)
